Takedown Policy

LivZio is committed to publishing accurate, verified content. If you believe a review or profile contains false information or violates our policies, you can request its removal.
Who can file a takedown request
Any individual or business named in content published on LivZio may submit a takedown request if: • The content is factually incorrect and can be disproved with evidence • The content was submitted fraudulently or by someone with a conflict of interest • The content contains private information shared without consent • The content is defamatory under applicable Indian law
What is NOT grounds for takedown
A review being negative or unflattering is not grounds for removal. Disagreeing with a homeowner's opinion or rating is not grounds for removal. Reviews that are critical but accurate and evidence-backed will not be removed.
How to submit a request
Email takedown@livzio.in with: 1. Your name and relationship to the content 2. The URL of the specific content 3. A clear description of what is inaccurate or violating 4. Supporting evidence (documents, photos, contracts) Requests without evidence will not be reviewed.
Our process
We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and complete our review within 7 business days. During this period, the content may be flagged as 'Under review' if the claim appears credible. The original author will be given an opportunity to respond with counter-evidence.
Outcomes
Possible outcomes: full removal, partial edit, addition of a factual correction note, or no action. We will notify both parties of our decision. Decisions can be appealed once by providing additional evidence.
